Shuboxlover 478 #1 Posted April 24, 2011 1-6051 (1970 Raider 10) Deck and a dozer blade (unbelievable condition) Found this on CL last night, made a quick run to get it. He said it was in pieces....HE WASN'T JOKING Looks like the replacement 12HP K301 is near new, it looks like it has hardly been used. The steering wheel looks ALMOST brand new. He started to restore it, but lost interest. His loss, my (or yours ) gain...

Shuboxlover 478 #4 Posted April 24, 2011 What were those blue colored Kohler 12's used on? I think that might be Kohler's color they paint them if you buy a replacment.
TT-(Moderator) 1,131 #5 Posted April 24, 2011 Blue Kohlers are the "basic" engine models - made for universal or standard replacement use. I see extra mounting tabs on the wrong side of the tractor frame, and the low mount starter will make it tough to use the OEM battery box location. The creative control cable modification to the dash really stinks - that looks like it was a nice dash prior to the hack job.
