JackC 617 #26 Posted May 3, 2011 Dennis, Thanks for all the great info. The restored tractor with the powder coated finish is better than new and should be good for at least another 30 years. My father also had a C-175 twin automatic that I mowed his lawn with. It is my favorite of the C series. Jack
skeggordon 0 #27 Posted May 3, 2011 Those tractors sure look nice. Thank for the rundown on how it was done. As usual, it pays to be on good terms with the right folks. Can't beautify my one and only now, need to mow the lawn! Yours, Jay Gordon
tunahead72 2,458 #28 Posted May 3, 2011 Can't beautify my one and only now, need to mow the lawn! Sounds like you need to add to your collection, Jay! Either that, or stop mowing your lawn....
tunahead72 2,458 #29 Posted May 3, 2011 mnWHfan, I have to apologize for briefly hijacking your thread just now without complimenting you on your two works of art! I have a C-105 that says she wants to be as pretty as your C-175 some day. I told her no such luck, I ain't that good! Seriously, well done!
