:wh: do you have a loctation. Also 200 for an A100 seems a little high for one with a bad trans

I bought an A100 a few years for 40 and it runs with a good trans

Hello and

I would agree with Heath that $200 is a little high. Parts for a Peerless 662 may be harder to find than Wheel Horse tranny parts.

The sheet metal while good, is unique to only a couple of models.

I think if it were me, I'd pass on it at that price.

Just my 2 cents worth.

With a bad trans, $200 is a stretch. However, if you find yourself owning it...for whatever a price... I have a good 662 trans from an A-90 that will bolt right up. $50 bux plus ship for the A-90 trans, but I don't really want to part it out.

I'm in n/w PA at zip 16433 and can ship most anywhere.

well i agree that the price is a little high also.i was thinking of possibly offering 150.00.

i also found a 96 horse model 72043 264H with a 14 kohl er on it with a hydro 42 in cut 513 hours on tractor.but that one needs a rack and pinion replaced can get that one for 250.obo one owner..

the 50,0000 dollar question is wich one would be the better choice???

oh and i will take your offer on the trans complete for 50.00 if i go that way .shipped to 63147 which will be a trucking co..

and thanks for all the input.greatly appreciated.

If the deck, motor, and trans are in good shape I think the 264 is a better buy. The parts are still avaliable and not too expensive. Plus the deck is 6 inches bigger.
