cricket127 0 #1 Posted April 14, 2011 I have a 16hp 1998 model wheel horse. Last year toward the end of the mowing season, the tractor was really slow, with or without the blades engaged. This year I replaced the v-belt thinking it would help, but it didn't the tractor is still really slow. What could be the problem?

smoreau 658 #3 Posted April 14, 2011 :wh: If its a hydro then check the fluid level or if its in free wheel mode. if its a 8 speed it may be a stripped wheel key or the input shaft key. More info will help
