Horse-Drawn 1 #1 Posted April 13, 2011 Hi there... Sorry for not noticing the intro section upon sign up with the forum. I'm and IN native that's transplanted in North Central WI for now. I'm a Desert Shield/Desert Storm Vet that's been turning wrenches ever since I figured out how to open dad's tool box. The first thing I ever put a wrench on was his B-80. That tractor became my first WH of what I hope to be many more I recently acquired a Suburban 400 that is in the beginning stages of a makeover. Still not sure what the end result will be, but I'll enjoy the trip. I'm a retired GM Master Technician that decided to finally, according to my father, "do what I paid all that money for" and work in my degree field of industrial electronics and fabrication. I'm also a certified small engine mechanic & have had that as a hobby/side job for the last 20yrs. Out of my 4 kids, only 1 has the same interests as I do & has now started taking my things apart when I'm not home ...So I'm always looking for something new for him to practice & learn with. I've already met some of you & hope to meet many more. Thank you to those that have quickly & thoroughly answered my first few questions. I'm half way between Green Bay & the Twin Cities. If there are any of you that are near me, drop me a line sometime. I love to see collections & projects, or just get together with some 12oz arm weights & swap stories.
