310-8 Mild Restore

Can someone please post a picture of the inside of the hood so I can see how the headlights install on my 310-8.

Go to https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?...es&xCaller=Toro and enter 310-8 for the Product Name and hit . On the page that comes up, click on "Assembly Drawings" for the correct year (they're probably all the same anyway) and then click on the third "Electrical System" entry which shows the headlight and mounting H/W. Maybe you'll see enough to solve this. Otherwise I can get a pic of my 312-8 tomorrow.

Hope all goes well with your wife.

This thread is interesting, I also recently acquired a 310-8 that has faded paint and some rust spots. Can't really do to much with it now, it is my only tractor and is needed to mow the lawn. Runs good. Will need to buy another WH so I can work on one while using the other.
