Hello fellow Red Square Members and Fellow  collectors!!!! I just wanted to ask a simple question. What brand and type of paint gun do you use? What Kind of Job does it do? Personaly i use a off brand gun I dont know the brand of to shoot primer. but for base and top coats i use my Devilbiss JGA-502 its an exallent Gun. Its a little out dated for a car but is perfect for a tractor it uses 1.3mm nozzel and the best part is i got it at a pawn shop for $20. It lays a really smooth finish. I do have to add one thing i owe every thing i know about painting to my grandpa. Well thanks for adding. Thanks Jordan :wh:

Excellent choice of spray guns. DeVilbiss is my favorite. I have Binks and Graco as well, they all do good work. The key to good painting has more to do with having a big enough air compressor to operate the spray gun you have, CFM wise. To small a tip will create dry spray. The paint also needs to be properly reduced with the right type of reducer for the temperature. I could go on for hours... Been working with industrial painting for 26 years...
