.5racer 14 #1 Posted May 16, 2008 First day of assembly and only got an hour of work in it . found this behind shop , unused gutter drains for i front of garage cut down the middle to form the blade, total hieght 8 1/2 ", curved part 6 1/2 " start of pivot , to the sides will have gussets 90 deg to plate Hey all , I need a shave and a Red Square hat for the top apot ,,,lol Home now for the rest , pivot area all braced up , time for bushing and pivot plates. .5racer 14 #4 Posted May 16, 2008 The blade will be 6' long and is 1/4 " thick ... The blade could be made from a pipe and angle iron welded together . Just found that and it worked out !
