Looking to clean-up the c-120 faceplate. White lettering is shot. What's the preferred method in getting the letters looking sharp?

I used Rustoleum heavy duty paint in a spray can - color Aluminum

Sprayed some in the cap and used one of the kids brushes and put several light coats over the letters - very carefully - one letter at a time.

Looks perfect.

It was on a c-85 so the letters stand out from the plastic. I think I have some pictures and can get the exact color if you want, but not til tomorrow.

I use the "MikesRJ" method as described in the link that TT posted. It is not hard, and the results are incredible. See below.

:thumbs: I'm glad I found this post, I need to redo the dash on one of my tractors. It always amazes me how much stuff you can learn here on Red Square. The before and after pictures of the dash in Bob's post was awesome. The after pic looked like A brand new one. Nice job Bob, thanks for the pic. :thumbs: :thumbs:
