Looks like a nice addition to the shop. Wish I had one as well. Sure would speed up the process.

Congrats!

You are going to ask yourself, how did I live without this?

I got a smaller one from Tractor Supply. I don't know why I waited so long to get one!!!! I've blasted all kinds of parts and was looking for more to do. It's so much nicer and easier this way rather than a wire wheel or sanding.

All I need now is a welder.....

Wonder how big the air supply needs to be to power it? Can you show that too?

Jason I have the same one and it does a great job! Do yourself a favor though and buy extra nozzles for the end of the gun! I use play sand in mine from lowes and it tends to wear the nozzle faster but sure is a lot cheaper then other media.

ive been using this thing all day and it is the cats ass. i had to go buy different media this morning because the stuff i bought yesterday way too fine  it would only remove paint and not the rust. i bought some media called black beauty that is real course. it works great on rusty parts, however i wouldnt want to use it on sheet metal.

craig, my compressor is just a small 5hp 20 gal devilbiss, it keeps up pretty well. i just blast a few parts, then prime them while the compressor catches up, then blast some more.

Jason, I have the same thing. I also got the big blue regulator/ filter from HF & made a short hose to run from it to the blaster. Sure helps keep the media dry. I use the fine black gold(????) from TSC. I got the finer stuff & run it @ 120 psi. Works great & isn't as hard on the nozzels.
