Rollerman 290 #6 Posted January 28, 2011 Model? Year? value? I'm by no means an expert on them, but there were about a zillion of them made. Various different configurations, horsepower, all kinds of normal to weird implements. I had a pair of them a few years back & put them on ebay after I had my fun with them. They both brought what I paid for the pair.....$100 :banghead:
VinsRJ 721 #7 Posted January 28, 2011 Ya its a DB, looks to have a nice clean hood, thats a big point IMO :banghead:
Kelly 1,029 #8 Posted January 28, 2011 If it had reverse, those parts are worth about $150, but that one does not have it, factory wheel weights about $150, clean uncut hoods about $50 orig. gas tanks with mount, $40+ that one does not look to have the orig. engine, I'd say that one is a $50 machine, little more if you really want it, I see them on CL all the time for cheap, I've parted a few out, now I know what to look for when I buy one to resell/part out. 6wheeler 603 #9 Posted January 28, 2011 There is a Montgomery Wards Plow Trac in the paper here, it says it has a plow, disc and cultivator. So it must be similar to that. I believe there is a sicle bar mower for those also. Just looking at it, they must be quite a handfull to use. They do look neat though. Restore it.

KC9KAS 4,741 #13 Posted January 29, 2011 I have 2 DB walk behind tractors...no engines, and 6 or 8 attahments + a set of wheel weights. Everything except the weights have a long model number (Sears number) printed on a metal tag about 1" x 3". If the tag & numbers are there you can look on DB websites and determine what year and what the attachment is called. You can also check the DB websites for approximate value of these items. It will take a little work on your part.
