Original Front tires

I am not sure what style or type of tire you call this, but the tire that came on the mid 60's. The front that was some what wider had the zig zag tread pattern that resembled a road type pattern. Can you still get those from anywhere? I know they were not very good turff tires because they had a tendency to slide on grass when turning sharp.

They were 16-5.50 X 8 and were made by Carlisle for Wheel Horse - as were most of the tires with the "Wheel Horse" name on the side wall.

Finding used originals in good condition is getting tougher, and there are no new replacements in that exact size. There are a few tires with a similar tread pattern, but they're either taller and/or wider.
