Any tricks for painting the WHEEL HORSE logo on the front of the early model hoods?........... :D:ychain:

I used the Elmer's White paint pen and you can buy it in fine or regualr tip.

It worked great on my Lawn Ranger embossed hood.

Also works good on the Kohler embossed logo on Kohler motor covers.

I have used rubber cement to cover the entire word.Just trim around the letters and then paint.when it's done drying just rub the cement off.

I had my very talented mother paint the lettering on mine. She used a brush to apply the paint and then for the clean edge she used a tooth pick to push the paint to the edge. check it out here. she did my kohler motors and my rj58. the 753 was done when i got it and not as good as Mom did. http://www.flickr.com/photos/wickershamwed...57621687315124/ sorry for long address.

I use a tester's gloss white paint pen it uses a 1/8" wide wedge shaped

you can get them at hobby & craft stores
