squonk 41,321 #1 Posted December 14, 2010 I'm looking at the manual to adjust the neutral adjustment on My C-160. It mentions the lobe on the eccentric pin must be upward for proper operation. While working on my linkage trying to cure an erratic hydro I took the nylon cam off and spun that pin around a few times looking for something wrong. This is BEFORE I received the instructions on how to do it. I did not operate the tractor after reassembly and tonight I took out the accel valve spring and checked for damage. I put it back together and the trans works better but I still need to do a neutral adjustment. My question is what problems are caused by having that eccentric pin in the wrong position and maybe moving it cured some of my problems?
