Wondering what trhe BLACK BALL means ?

I have noticed a BLACK BALL in the little square to the left of my for sale post, can someone share with me what this means??????

That's exactly what it is. If you have a post in a topic, you get the black dot showing you where you have posted.

I have the small black dot in the posts I have made,,,,,,,BUT this is a big round BLACK BALL along with the small dot.

I don't know what the software criteria is, but the BIG black DOT indicates that it's a hot topic with no new posts. I can only think that it means that there was a lot of posts in a very short time.
