I think these tractors just stay clean even when they work

I've only plowed dirt and mowed grass with mine and it's never needed more than a quick rinsing with the garden hose to make it shiny again.

That's my 69 Electro 12 with dual rear wheels with weights and chains on the duals. It is a stump pulling/pushing machine!

I'm thinking they are just duals filled up with mud.

I don't have any pictures, but I had my tractor with tiller down in a wet "dry stream" bed. The water and mud was 2 feet deep, yes the back tires were covered. I was running the tiller trying to rip some of the roots as well as cleaning up the sides of the bed. We wore a raincoat because the tiller was slinging mud all over. We gave up after a while because we started slinging mud up and around the pto. It made it almost a quarter mile  before we quit. Needless to say, I had to change all the fluids when done.

Yep! Just duals filled with mud. The mud wasn't deep but it was plentiful!
