Just gonna add- I just got another decal set from Terry, and the materials, craftsmanship, and attention to detail on his products are outstanding. I for one am thankful that we are lucky enough to have someone doing this work at all- and the level of quality is a huge bonus! 

 

I have tractors with his decals that are more than 10 years old, and they still look great!

Don't own any new decals yet (but I will once the body work is done). Still, I have seen them on others' tractors and they add so much to the curb appeal, owner satisfaction, and even to safety. Outstanding.

 Life expectancy for them in an outdoor environment is 4 to 6 years before any significant shifting or shrinkage.

Most of the tractors that are restored usually spend 90 percent of their life inside and protected from the elements.

Nice to get feedback on 10 year old graphics. I did a small wrap on Lola's golf cart 6 years ago and this cart has been outside in the elements

every day since. The graphics have not yet started to delaminate, fade or shift.

I would say that Terry’s @Vinylguy quality is at least as good as, if not better than, original. My dad‘s 1978 C-161 was kept in the basement it’s entire life and the original decals still look great so I can only imagine his will do the same if properly stored inside.

For clarification- the decals below were purchased in 2008, and have been in an open air shed ever since. No direct sunlight for extended periods, but outdoors for 13 years. They look as good as the day they were installed. I'm 100 percent sure because I got two sets, and am installing the second set this week on another tractor.

Placed my first order today.  Prepping a tractor for sale, wish I could do the entire set but only the hood front and fender rear are in really bad shape.  If I was doing a full restore I surely would buy the whole set - these look great. For just a "spruce up" for a sale though, the cost of a whole set would cut too far into potential profits (which of course, will be spent on more WH parts and decals  ).   Looking forward to receiving these. Thanks!

Hey Terry,   I'm fixing up a 1989 416-8 right now.  I ordered the front and rear decals, as I mentioned. The sides on the hood aren't too bad, but they probably won't match the new ones very well.

 

I also have a 1987 312-A, a 1982-3 GT-1848, and a 1976 B-100 that I will get to eventually.

I find that if you clear coat over them, they last and look even better!!!
