Need info on this Tiller....

Someone semi-local is selling a WH Tiller model number 7-1221 and it's practically brand new. However, I don't think it'll fit my 1979 C-81 or 1987 418-8 because I think it's a Vertical Shaft. Will this fit any of my machines????? If not, what model Wheel Horse(s) will this tiller fit??

Another picture - I'm now fairly certain these will not fit horizontal shaft Wheel Horses but just need some more confirmation from the experts here. How much are these worth because if it doesn't fit, I'm going to resell it.

Thanks - these horizontal shaft tillers are pretty rare right? How much $$$ is this unit worth? It's brand new.
