Seat worth fixing.......???

I have a seat that I got real cheap, but it has quite a bit of rust. The main question that I have is if it is worth fixxing or not. It has quite a bit of rust in the lower back area and is (was) cracked.

Fix it and make it look half decent, or keep searching?? Thanks!!

The crack is very common, but you find find them with lots less rust.

Thanks to haasman35, I now have my seat problem fixxed!!! I have to fix a tear on the backrest pad, and vinyl dye both pads and I will be good to go!!
