Does anyone offer 'plain' hub caps that fit a WH? No logo?

Yes. Around here (central Michigan), most Small Engine dealers seem to have them on display, plain chrome hub caps: 12" - $30 and 8" or 6" - $15, so they must be common, try eBay or Google "Baby Moon" Hub Caps.
