Pictures from Illiana Antique Power Association

I had a nice visit to the Illiana Antique Power Association Show held in Rainsville, Indiana (just a few miles north of Attica, Indiana on U.S. 41) on Friday July 16th with my father Clifton Ralph and my brother David Ralph. This was after picking up a 1979 C-121 hydro Wheel Horse project/parts tractor in West Point, Indiana.

Ted Stout a friend of my father's has been involved with this organization and show since it's inception 29 years ago.

Here are some of the photos I took of some very nice Wheel Horse tractors and a very good variety of other lawn and garden tractors.

The Rocky Forge Blacksmith show is operational on site and lots of other steam and power equipment including a band driven saw mill.

My brother David Ralph checking out a Wheel Horse!

It's looking like it was a good day for a show. Looks like it must have been a good time for sure. Just waiting for a few shows around this area to get started. Thanks for the pictures. See Ya, Bye Burly

Steve: I just added a photo on the Winamac Power From the Past Show posting showing several very, very nice Oliver Garden Tractors!

Check the link below:

I would not mind having one of these very well built machines. Someone told me they paid well over $200 a gallon for the paint for these babies!

Up until a couple months ago I lived just a few miles from that show...West Lebanon, IN.

I think Jacobsen made the Oliver tractors for them. Also for MM, Ford, and probably others. One of the Ollies is really a rare bird compared to the rest; I think it was the 105.

Thanks for sharing pictures.

Steve
