JUSS10 250 #5 Posted July 14, 2010 2 out of the 3 round hoods i have came with a larger pulley on them. previous owner must have done it. really makes a big difference. they both have the largest pull that can be fit behind the guard without making contact. i would say that 1st gear on my stock one is like second on the two that have a larger pulley Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Rideawaysenior 25 #6 Posted July 15, 2010 Do you have an automatic tranny? If you do, don't change the pulley, you need to be turning at a certain RPM for recommended performance. To low a RPM can cause the pump to overheat due poor air flow. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
