MikesRJ 552 #13 Posted August 23, 2010 I went, was invited to share some tent space with Jamie325i and his friends in front of the R&T Power House, had a great time, but didn't get to take any pictures to speak of. Jamie, thank you for the invite. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Thanks again. You missed a good show Buzz. I was too busy BS'ing with anyone who had questions and roaming around the grounds on the RJ. It seems the RJ got more attention at the R&T than it did at the big show. horsefeathers 15 #14 Posted August 23, 2010 Mike, Them Rough 'n Tumble guy's must know class when they see it!!! 'Caus yer RJ is for sure a class act!! I know, I've seen it!!! And I'am lovin' it! Ya' just gotta' know I'am lovin' that ankle biter front sickle bar mower!!!! For a 62nd annual show it must have been great!!! I hope some one was sober enough to get pic's??? Nice to hear you had a good time! Tractors 'n friends go together... Well, like Friends 'n tractors!!! Thanks Mike, Sorry I mised it! HORSEFEATHERS! P.S. Did you get that scratch in the seat 'n dent in the blower housing fixed??? When I saw the RJ at WHCC show. With a maginifing glance I looked her over! Then while I was talking to you ,I noticed the dent in the motor housing!! Thought, no way he restored this tractor to this level and missed that!! Just then you told me the story of the "bad start"!! If you didn't fix it that's cool! Battle scars make for great campfire stories!

Just then you told me the story of the "bad start"!! If you didn't fix it that's cool! Battle scars make for great campfire stories! Thanks for the compliments. The seat was fixed with a little 2500 wet paper, then compound and re-wax; the blower dent was pushed out from the back side, compounded, and re-waxed. Problem solved. She's all pretty once again: Now that the machine has the Schnake recoil, and the Schnake's handle has a better hand-design to it, I don't think we'll have another "incident"! :)
