I know I am not the farthest but I will start off the big numbers...388 miles from SW Ohio. 7.5 hours going out, conquered Route 30, 7 hours coming back, 2 stops...and got lost a little right after I left the Show! Was day dreaming I guess....

I couldn't be as lucky as some of the folks on here that see them all the time. Last time I saw one was when I went by a WH dealer back when I was a kid!

Elgin, IL to Arendtsville, PA = 676.6 miles.

I know Steve stepped in a load of fine, mid-western horse dung before he left home.

Jim and Dee Rodgers drove up from just north of Dallas TX. 1357 miles. They're probably in the top five.......

I know it wasn't us. It only takes us about 1 hour to get there :D

As for Steve and the horse dung..............

He can step in sh-t and come up smelling like a rose :D

Thank God! I don't think his wife Chris would want to ride with him THAT long otherwise

If you are talking about the RJ it may of looked like something that came out of an animals rear but it did supply us with good parts. In the next couple weeks I am starting a thread on tractordave3128s resto on his RJ and this supplied a hood nose, steering wheel, tranny parts, throttle, gas tank and a couple other parts!

I did take the hacked hood apart by grinding the lap weld apart with a grinder, spent an hour with hammer and dolly and now it doesn't need any bondo. It is ready to put back together with a good rear half  boy I get carried away sometimes!

We drove 100 miles

Steve wins again in my opinion. Actually what about GERRY W?

Well I do know that a nice man who used to own a Wheel Horse dealership in Wisconsin talked to me at the show!

There is only a few states that have not been represented at the Annual Wheel Horse Show, along with those who come from Canda and England.

What?..you mean Bruce M from California wasn't there?...he usually gets the longest distance prize (plus all the raffle prizes...lol)

I doubt that Larry and Judy Dexter are home yet, but I know they were going to the show...from Warsaw, Missouri to Arendtsville, PA is over 1000 miles. That should get them "first prize"

I hope you saw their white Wheel Horse trailer full of restored Wheel Horses!!

How about who saw the most deer. I was on the road at 11:30 P.M. under an almost full moon and saw about 40 in about a 5 mile stretch. Italy Valley in NY is treacherous.
