Forest Road 594 #1 Posted June 14, 2010 Does anyone know what models had a limited slip rear? I currently have two 312-8 tractors. 1991 and 2001. To my knowledge neither is an LS. I just found an old WH locally w/ a plow and and an LS trans for $150 and I'm seriously considering purchasing it for the axle. Unless its from a GT-14 I can't see why it wouldn't bolt up to either of my WH's. Any advice is welcomed.

Forest Road 594 #7 Posted June 16, 2010 THe deal has changed! The guy sold the plow. So now I'm taking the tractor w/ a chinese motor and complete chassis/limited slip 8 speed tire chains and weights and a good looking seat for $75! Am I to understand that the 8 sp LS off this 1969 should bolt right up to my 1991 or 2001 312-8 tractors? Is it worth the hassle? I'll be pushing snow and dirt w/ these machines as well as pulling trees and crap out of my property. There nothing wrong w/ either of my 312s. Thanks guys Kevin
