landsurveyor 2 #1 Posted June 13, 2010 Hi Folks, I now have a Techumseh HH160 on my Commando, and I have issues with the starter motor. It spins, when the key is turned, but the gear wont "flick" out to the flywheel to start it. Is the Starter shot, or is there other electrical issue? Any ideas welcome. Thanks Simon :D
rickv1957 72 #2 Posted June 13, 2010 Maybe just a little cleaning and a shot of WD40 on the starter drive will get you going,Rick
