:D I'm going to take a guess and say it's a vertical shaft tractor? and we would need pictures or a model no. to tell you the year, look for a tag on the rear fender next to the seat, see if it's still readable, get the model no. the serial no. will not help.

Sounds like a B-111 or B 115. It's probably not what you're looking for. The Peerless aluminum transmission won't last long pushing a 4 foot blade.
