hcminis 1,555 #1 Posted June 8, 2010 Well....sorry to keep posting about this little beauty but I just can't get enough of it. Not a day goes by that I don't start and take it for a ride. By far one of my most treasured investments. Added the duals the other day. They only cost $20.00 for the set and about the same for the carriage bolts/nuts/washers. Working on a dual wheel adapter but since it doesn't have to "work" the bolts are fine for now.

hcminis 1,555 #9 Posted June 9, 2010 Thanks everyone. Just got in from playing again...haha Yup $20.00. They are a little weather cracked but still hold air. Plus, could put a tube in them if needed for that price. Still wish I could have been able to get the exhaust pipe routed correctly. Used Blaster for about two weeks and the stupid pipe would not move. That is the reason for the funky exhaust pipe routing. OH well... still the best Horse in the garage. Thanks again for all the compliments.
dgoyette 12 #10 Posted June 9, 2010 I know the feeling. There is something about the small ones that makes you want to jump on them all the time. You have a real beauty too! I would love to have a 550 someday too.

horsefeathers 15 #12 Posted June 10, 2010 Hcminis, She's a real sweetheart! I understand yer excitement! Those duals are "two" cool on the li'l one! Mabey some dual front tires next? Whadda' think? Aaaaaa! You'll need power steerin'! Did you try takin' that exhaust apart when the engine is hot! It might be worth a try! A grinder w/cutoff wheel will get apart! Or you can try this ol' farmers trick, Heat w/torch, or when engine is hot, melt candle wax into the joints! Wax will wick into the threads and lubrecate the threads! It works most of the time! HORSEFEATHERS!

hcminis 1,555 #14 Posted June 10, 2010 Sorry, no duals on the front. Marshall, got the pm. Sent one back. Didn't get to ride the lil guy last night. Spent four, yes that is FOUR freaking hours on a stupid Harley Davidson golf cart my parents got my three kids. What a waste of time! BUT, they all say that about me when working on the :D
