Doubletrouble 10 #1 Posted June 6, 2010 I have what I beleive is a 1968 sears 10hp custom xl. I dont know for sure but thats the model # on a peice of paper I found in the box of parts thay came with it. I couldnt find a model # on the tractor. It's mostly in peices. A restoration was started on it and the gentleman passed away, my neighbor aquired it and has no interest in it so it was given to me. As far as I can tell all the parts are there I just need to find as much info as I can so I know where things go. Thanks for any help, it will be appreciated. Here's another good one, he has manuals too: http://sears.pammar.net/ Have fun with your Sears, although I could never figure out why a man would buy his garden tractor at the same store where his wife buys her underwear.... :wh:
