Another public auction

Friend at work told me about an auction coming up somewhere in PA. He said if you go to the auctionzip.com site, scroll down to some name with a V, can't remember what the name was, anyways, guy had a collection of tractors, all makes and models including Wheel Horse.

It's about 2 hours away from Binghamton NY, just east of Williamsport PA. Here is the link....need to cut and paste......

I'm debating on going. I don't really have the money to go, but never know what kind of deals can be had. Really only want a snowblower maybe a deck, but quoting ol' Forest, "never know what yer gonna get"......

yeah I know how that goes. Next thing yah know the truck is full of parts, and on the way home your making up excuses to tell the wife....Actually she is in a real good mood cause finally got her Jeep going, so probly could come back with it all and she probly won't care.....lol.....

I feel your pain. I would have liked to gone to this one. It sounds like actualy took off for this auction. His drive would have been about 18 hours one way. Thats a collector if I ever saw one. :D

I only live 45 minutes from it and for once I talked myself out of it. I have so much stuff to do to the house and two projects on the tractors I have. I know I would have come home with some more tractors that I don't need. I guess that makes me a "fan" of Wheel Horses and not a collector. Always worried I would be on a reality TV show as a hoarder. My house, garage and sheds filled with old faded red parts. I'm cured!!!!!

Oh but I wish I would have gone after the fact!

Now I sorta wish I would have gone. But, there is more of this stuff out there. Just need to be patient, save some money, and be at the right place at the right time.

I still need to find the place 15 minutes from me. Old lady's husband collected tractors, guess WH was his favorite. Just need to find the house.

I ended up haveing to work. Sucks. I only have 3 more weeks to go before plant closes for good I thought overtime money was more importsnt than the action. There will be others. But I still wish i went I really need a mower deck for the C161 and would like to have a snowblower before the season starts back up. The way things go for me is if I get a snowblower we'll never have snow in western PA untill I get rid of it. Happened when i had a snowmoblie. Used it maybe 6 or 7 times over 10 years sold it and then we had 2 years of good lasting snow. Figures... ... sorry guys...should've went to sale
