tranders 0 #1 Posted June 2, 2010 The throttle cable on my brother's 1968 Raider won't stay locked. Is there an adjustment to make or is a replacement needed? Thanks!

Redbird 1 #3 Posted June 2, 2010 If the throttle cable won't stay in place where you set it--it might need something as simple as a little bracket to hold it in place somewhere. I had that problem when put one on my Suburban. We drilled a little hole and put the cable in the bracket and screwed it to a part of the frame. Now I can set the throttle speed where I want it and it stays til I move it. :D
