Per the below CL ad, I'm still having issues with my Sprung 42" Side Discharge. I was wondering if someone could check this one out for me?

This would be for my 1990 416-8 with the Onan Twin.

If it looks good and NOT Sprung, I'd like to see what they would take and how much shipping would be.

I was told the Rear Discharge 42" decks don't have the problem with being "Sprung" Correct?

Up For Sale is a Wheel Horse 05-42MR01 1980 42" Rear Discharge Mower Deck. This Deck is in Excellent Shape

and has no visible holes or cracks that I can see. This Deck will fit many Wheel Horse tractors with Attatch-A-Matic.

This unit could use a good clean up and servicing because it was mounted on a tractor that had a leaking hydraulic

cylinder. This Deck comes with the original Manual. Hurry! A deck in this condition will not last long, there is plenty

The rear discharge usually do not get wacked out of shape like the side discharge does. With that being said this does not mean that someone has not struck something hard and bent a spindle housing. I have seen spindle housing broke clean out of rear discharge decke before . Just make sure you look for cracks and any bending or distortion of the deck around the housings.

Wheel Horse tractors are FEW and Far Between around here, I drove to Indianapolis about 2 months ago to get this one.

I've already put the Toro Deck brace on it.

Don't go out of your way to look at it, just if it's really close or if you are heading that way anyway.
