:D That is a sweet looking tractor! I really love all of the new fastners and linkage, it really sets it off. Did you paint the linkage, I have been looking at a Rebuilders Aluminum paint at TSC (made for alternators, starters, ect.).

What paint did you use?

Hi Bob I used Valspar IH red impliment. Brushed the frame and trans and rattle canned the rest. Glenn

Hi I used a paint called Design Masters super silver plate. My wife found it at a craft store. It's the closest match to the old galvanizing I've seen. Thanks..Glenn

Hi guys, Thanks for the kind words. I put alot of hours into this thing and wanted it to look good, my avatar is a "before" pic. I'm currently working on the deck..just mechanical..and hope to have it done soon. I did learn alot on this project and this winter plan on doing another one :D I hope to find a round hood to work on :USA:

Nice looking B-80!

Is that a single cable clamp on coated plastic cable? I tried that and it held for a short time. I replaced it with uncoated cable and doubled up the clamps and it held through the rest of the tilling season.
