Would you fix it?

I am just wondering if I should fix this deck or start looking for another. The mechanical seem to be great but the sheet metal has failed in several spots. Also some previous owner has drilled and installed a reinforcement to the leading edge. I have seen several great threads on here of people detailing their own journey. I have done quite a few repair panels on cars in the past, but that has been been a few years. I do have a really nice 32" deck that I could cut the front piece out and put it into this deck. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks Chris.
