qd-16 14 #1 Posted May 25, 2010 Anyone have a source or idea of how I can come across a 4 inch pulley with a 5/8 bore and 5/32 key way for a 8 speed transmission that I would like to put in my 1057? All that I'm able to find have the 3/16 key way. I know the actual pulley wheel horse offered is hard to find, I thought somebody might have been down this road before and would have some ideas. Don1977 604 #2 Posted May 25, 2010 I have been known to file a 3/16" key down to 5/32" on the bottom to make them fit. If done right you can still get a good tight fit. The other option is to have a new 5/32" key way broached in the new pulley. Any good machine shop should have the broach to do it with. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
