TT-(Moderator) 1,145 #2 Posted May 23, 2010 There were a few different diameters and widths, but all Uni-Drive input pulleys were single groove.

TT-(Moderator) 1,145 #4 Posted May 23, 2010 I've heard a few horror stories of bending/breaking the end of the input shaft off when using double groove pulleys. Using wider single groove pulleys (3/4" belt width) and fabricating a stronger tensioner pulley arm assembly with a very heavy spring attached directly to it (instead of the arm on the opposite side) should help considerably with belt slippage. You'll want to lose the cheesy roll pin that secures the clutch linkage arm to the cross shaft too. :D
