Shuboxlover 478 #2 Posted May 24, 2010 when I replaced the drive belt on my C160 auto, I had the parking brake engaged when I put the cover back on, took it for a spin and the belt started smoking, so I came here, asked what just happened, and found out I was supposed to have the parking brake disengaged so the belt was tight when I put the cover on.......wore a nice groove in my brand new belt :D
