C-Series14 15 #2 Posted May 23, 2010 Here is a pic of my C-195 with the 3 pt. and rear finish mower. 85431 is the VIN number for the 3 pt. on the C-195. If you go to sepw.com, you can enter the parts viewer, then select toro consumer, then select model, then enter 85431 then click on the parts list. Item #1 and #11 are the only parts different from the D-Series 3 pt. You can use most parts from a D-Series but need the top arms and the top link mount. I think I have answered you or someone else before with this info somewhere but can't remember where.
rickv1957 72 #3 Posted May 23, 2010 The 3 pt will be fairly hard to find for a C 195,Rick
Brrly1 1,146 #4 Posted May 23, 2010 Mike, I think you are suffering from a mild case of Brain fade. It happens to all of us. As we grow older you'll realize it happens more and more. Have a Great day. Wow, hey look the sun is shining, finally I think I'll mow the grass. See Ya, Bye Burly :D
TOPCOP 0 #5 Posted May 23, 2010 Mike Thanks for the pic. I don't have a pto on the back of mine I have pics on here of it under I got the better deal. I have the lever on the left under the seat that is beside the deck lever, but as far as what goes next I don't know. All my implements are Cat. 0, I was wondering if there is a way to put a sleeve hitch on it as I have both kinds of implements. Seems like these things are hard to find stuff for. I'll check out the site you gave me. Thanks Gary :D
C-Series14 15 #6 Posted May 23, 2010 Well, here is what I did when I wanted to add a 3 pt. to mine. I did research and found the D-Series 3 pt. is the same except for a few items. I then looked at the parts drawing and got part numbers of what I needed. Found out 1 of the 2 parts I needed was available so I ordered it. ($144 back then, $204 now!) The other part could be made and I also put out a wanted on all the sites I am on. I then found a 3 pt. in Indiana so it was time for a road trip! Made some lines for the lift cylinder, looked at the parts drawing for the tractor and saw what lines go where, and started installing it. Thanks to my wanted posts, I got a spare upper arm AND the top link mount that was unavailable from a fellow collector. Long story short, a sometime later, went to an auction in Pa. and found a NOS rear PTO kit!!!
