rustbucket 4 #1 Posted May 18, 2010 So I finaly found something them green and yellow tractors are good for. I happened to be roaming at jacktown yesterday when me and my dad saw this short not sotall john deere snow plow blade sitting in a guys stall for sale. Not to shabby a Blade. came with the mount plate for if i had what ever john deere it was ment for and the rest of the bits heeded to work it. it fits under neith no cutting or chopping. i did flip it over though to raise the mount up higher but still needed to build drop links and brace arms. It lifts and lowers now all i need to do is rework my brace arms to move it forward under the tractor more so i can tilt the blade. it raises and lowers via a stainless steel wire rope threw a pulley to the lift sector of the big Allis. even got to play and move some of my drive way gravel around. well that is it for now when i finish getting it all just right ill post better pictures. rustbucket 4 #2 Posted May 18, 2010 The blade was only 35 dollars the brackets are made from a dead non useable cutting edge from another plow i own cut up nicely and the cable and hardware are from TSC
