Buzz 502 #4 Posted May 11, 2010 If the two horizonal holes are on the right side of the hood stand and not the hood, they are for the bracket for the travel hook on a sickle bar mower.
markslawnmowerworld 4 #5 Posted May 11, 2010 after looking at the other pics on here.....who knows?? but the holes were on both sides of the hood...it was wierd to see them there.. today at work i welded them...bye bye forever.....so if there was an emblim for the sides of the hood oh well......gone now. and i started doing some patch work on the hood today...someone put some stupid lights right through the top of the hood...those holes were welded today. wish they would have just used the hl-5 headlight kit. :D

Buzz 502 #7 Posted May 11, 2010 When you finished are you going to put a nifty looking seat on it, something like in TT's pictures? :D
markslawnmowerworld 4 #8 Posted May 11, 2010 Lol......, no that looks like a comfort thing i'm going for originallity.......i believe the seat was a v-7 seat... and i can get it at cost...cause we are a toro dealership...and last time i looked it was still available..... now finding the seat cover for it. the back and white one, thats going to be hard. qd-16 14 #9 Posted May 12, 2010 I had my black and white seat covers made by somebody that does awnings and tarps. Cost about $35 each. I gave the guy my old seat cover and he used it as a pattern, turned out good.
