Electric Clutch removal??

Recommended Posts

mowerman1193

I have never worked on a Wheel Horse with the electric clutch..Doing a motor swap from a Bronco 14 to a C-121..Was just looking it over a few minutes ago and wondering how the clutch is removed? Only thing I really seen was a bolt right on the end of the clutch..

Thanks,

Kevin

Screw a 5/8" bolt into clutch as it will push against end of crank to remove,Rick

Put a washer on the end of the bolt, loaded with grease so you don't mess the end of the crank up.

Thanks Kelly for the tip..I used to do that on cars for the pilot bearing, never would have thought of it on this clutch though, LOL
