Saved this from the scrap pile. I knew my buddy had it laying out back, and i thought i might be able to use a few parts. He said, "Take it . . . I was just going to scrap it!" I'll be rebuilding it over the next several months. Gonna need an engine. k181s 30208d

now that i have that figured out . . . here's a stupid little problem. i have most of this thing dismantled, however i'm having trouble getting the roll pin out to remove the steering wheel. if it didn't need a bushing replaced on the top of the shaft, i'd probably just paint it without removing it . . . but :D i want to do it right. i thought it'd be safe to drill it, but i'd rather ask someone who's sure of what to do. thanks

Not a stupid little problem at all - it's one that most of us have encountered. Taking out old roll pins is one of the true challenges of this hobby. :D

There are two pretty decent threads where this is talked about:

http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?...56&hl=roll+pins

and

http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?...538&hl=roll+pin

By the way, who's your helper in the upper right corner of your first picture?
