I use redoyourhorse.com (Midwest custom graphics) I'm not sure if that is Terry or not but they do have C-141 decals for 40 bucks. I like the decals I've bought from these guys.

That's Terry, aka Vinylguy52, our member. I've gotten a number of decals from him, and all are superb quality!

Hi Kevin,

Your tractor is looking great! love the wheel weights, I have been after a set of those for ages.

Just out of interest what did your decals cost inc shipping to the UK?

Look forward to seeing the rest of your progress.

Simon

Kevin, one question.

It appears that you painted the cylinder heat fins black and the rest of the engine red. Is there a reason behind this, or was that purely an aesthetic choice?

Hi mike, i did not trust the same paint on the fins because of the amount of heat so i used VHT black on them. but i will be now going to look into it at the paint supplier to see if i can get the VHT mixed in the same colour red.

Hi wedgeheaded, It was a 1968 triumph 2000 Mk1, which i no longer have, sold it about four weeks ago to make room for the wheelhorses. only got two at the moment but plans for some more

Not sure if you can get Dupli-Color paint locally in the UK, but they make a series of paint called "High Heat", which is a good close match to Valspar Restoration Series IH Red.

See this link: http://www.duplicolor.com/products/engine.html

Dupli-Color DH 1608 High Heat Red is the paint I used on my RJ engine.
