97520H 0 #1 Posted April 26, 2010 I was mowing with my 97 520 a couple days ago and it shut down completely. I found the pins that handle the red wire in the 9 position engine harness (the connector directly in front of the battery) were a bit burnt. I spread the pin open a bit with a screwdriver and put it back together and it seems to be working fine for now. I would like to find a way to permanently fix this cleanly without resorting to butt connectors. Toro sells replacement connectors for under $4 per side, but I'm not sure about attaching them to the ends of the existing harnesses. Has anyone had to do this fix before? sorekiwi 761 #2 Posted April 26, 2010 Eldon (Kj4kicks) can sell you a new plug - both sides and the connectors. http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=11159
