jcatsc 0 #1 Posted April 21, 2010 Hello All, I'm James from South Carolina. I just bought this C-160 and my wife is still laughing at me. I'm new to the Wheelhorse world, but I always wanted something stronger than the normal lawn/garden tractors that are being sold these days. My goal is to restore this one, but it looks like I'm in for a few headaches. Missing parts, rust, not sure if it even runs. It will turn over, but no fire to the plug. The coil is hot to the touch. missing front mule pulley, mower deck, hydo lift is prob. shot ect. I've joined the yahoo groups that host all of the manuals, but I'll be asking plenty of questions here as well. Thanks Not sure pic will post, I've scaled it down to 48kb

Duff 206 #11 Posted April 22, 2010 Hi, James, and ! Although I'm a 300 series man myself, I've read enough on here to know you've gotten yourself a fine candidate for a rebuild, and it will last you for at least 20 years! As the fellas said, plenty of wisdom and good fellowship here, along with connections for parts and such. Post often, ask a lot of questions, and most of all, have fun!
