Nothing is obviously missing so its likely the brake band needs adjusting so that the lever can engage the teeth that hold the brake when the brake pedal is depressed. Hope its that simple. v65animal 0 #4 Posted April 10, 2010 I got it working now. It may not be exactly the way it originally worked though. Without seeing a working one, it did the best I could. I found a small bolt with a phillips head that will fit through the lower hole of part 34 in the diagram, which is the Handle with the U bracket underneath. I put a nut on both sides of the bolt to hold it into position. The bolt now sticks out through the U bracket on part 34 which can then Catch the Teeth of part 23 which is what moves when you press the brake pedal. Anyway, it works!
