why does the early wheel horse tractors have things that look like wheelie bars on the back

Not sure what your talking about?? most have a hitch on the back, some have a axle bracket to mount snow plows or tillers, if you can post a picture or direct us to what pictures your talking about I'm sure we can tell you what you want to know.
