wheelly 0 #22 Posted March 26, 2010 Takes me around 75 hours from stripping them clear down paint free to putting them back together. Each part is individaly painted. Usaully i can get the parts on the way that i need while cleaning parts. The parking meter still works . it is a dime for 2 hours , nickel for an hour , a penny is 10 minutes.
