boatman 3 #1 Posted March 11, 2010  Found a set of tractor bar tread tires mounted on rims from a WH 953. Does anyone know if the 953 rims will fit the GT 14? I haven't been able to find any tractor treads in the 15" wheel size thru my local dealer. Does anyone know where I can find these? Thanks B)

Kelly 1,029 #3 Posted March 11, 2010 They will fit, but are narrower than the GT14 rims and tires, check a local Co op place that farmers take their grain to, ours sells lots of tires. and on ebay I've seen many of them, some blems at very good prices. boatman 3 #4 Posted March 11, 2010  Thanks for info on the tires guys. I never thought about our local co op to look for tires. That's a good idea and we do have one and they do sell tires. Thanks again B)
boatman 3 #5 Posted March 23, 2010 :D I tried the co op for rear tractor tires for gt 14. All they could come up with, was skid steer treads. Has anyone bought any 27-8.50- 15" bar treads at all. does anyone know where you can get them, or does anyone have some good ones they want to sell? Also does anyone know the cheapest place to buy some tri ribs for the front? Thanks guys

Ole MN 11 #8 Posted March 24, 2010 I have the skid steer tires on my GT14 and they work very well. I have thought about cutting them to make the lugs narrower. but until I have real problems i will leave as is. Besides i like the look
