truckin88 104 #6 Posted March 7, 2010 154 is a big boy, every now and then I see them around here, look interesting, but no one is thrilled with them.
Rollerman 290 #7 Posted March 7, 2010 They are pretty much the same as the old Farmall Cubs with the off set cultivision. Just updated, made to look more modern & like the rest of the Cub Cadet line. Thery are not a very nimble tractor for mowing work if you have trees & the Woods decks can be kinda touchy about how they are set up....need to have a bit of a rake in them with the leading edge lower than the trailing. There is no "live" PTO...the PTO will only turn with the clutch engaged...stop or shift while useing the clutch & the PTO slows or stops. That said I think there really neat tractors & wouldn't mind finding one to play with some time. I'd really like to have a low boy with the cultivision or off set engine....just has a neat more tractor look to it.
